HAPPY BIRTHDAY LANGSTON

Jessica's water broke early Monday morning.  I enjoyed watching the boys all day while we anxiously waited for the phone to ring.  Michele and I went to the hospital about 5:00 .  We were happy to witness her arrival around 8:00.  Michele was so excited because she has seen all Jessica's kids be born.  Langston weighed 7lbs9ounces and was 20 inches long.Congratulations Nick and Jessica we love you.

FATHER'S DAY

Grandpa with the grandkids except we miss Nara.  After five attempts I couldn't get everyone to look  so this was the best shot. Jonathan grilled out yummy burgers and James brought a cake from D.Q.  That reminded me of my dad because he always brought D.Q. cakes when we celebrated the kids birthdays.  I miss my dad, he didn't know a stranger and was very giving.  He would have enjoyed all the great grandchildren. 

The lights,camera, and action performance

This week's dance camp expanded into areas of performance,singing,and acting.  Some of the songs they performed to included the Titanic, My Fair Lady, and Cats.

Over the weekend we also took Kenan to Burdette. I haven't been out there in years.  We had fun going down the slides and diving off the boards, but Kenan said he liked the splash park the best.

The biggest hit of the party was the sandbox he got from grandpa Mike and grandma Pam.

 

My grandson Easton's birthday is Dec. 29th his mom thought since that was so close to Christmas he should have a half birthday party.  Sunday we celebrated his 2 1/2 birthday.  The theme of the party was cars.
